You may notice that when you have activated your Publisher acount, you are asked to provide your payment details. We would like to point out that the green “Add Payment Info” button will not actually display on screen immediately.
Please do not be concerned as there is usually a slight delay on the button appearing. If you are still experiencing this issue and cannot add your payment details by the next day, contact a member of the Publisher team.
To add or update your details at a later date, please go to the My Account tab within the Publisher portal.
