Dear Publisher,
To our best knowledge the reporting is working correctly but if you email us directly we will do our best to look into your case. To all other publishers: if you are experiencing similar issue, please step forward and contact us ASAP. The sooner we know about the potential problem the sooner we can act on it.

Or perhaps the Shopzilla tracking isn't working properly.

Having hundreds of clicks yet no commission, I tested the links myself. I know I clicked through to the retailer's site yet still, not a penny in commission.

It doesn't matter whether the url has a placement ID or not, whether it points to the homepage or is a deeplink, nothing is being reported to me. I understand the reporting is not realtime, which is why Ive waited nearly 2 weeks since my initial tests.

I suggest someone looks into this asap.
